What we collect
The form collects your name, email, phone, location, job address, postal code, service, property authority, contact preference and message. We keep your language preference and permission. Security checks use your IP address, source page and technical data to limit abuse.
How we use and share it
DenmanVibe uses these details to handle your request. With permission, we may share it with one matched service provider. We do not sell your request to a list of businesses. Calls pass through our phone system; a voicemail you leave is recorded. Transferred conversations are not recorded by our system in its current configuration.
Retention and your choices
Requests and records needed for follow-up stay in our systems. The local copy of a delivered request is cleared; a failed copy may remain for recovery. Technical services help with hosting, security, phone calls and audience measurement. Some processing may take place outside your province or Canada.
To ask for access, a correction or withdrawal of permission, contact DenmanVibe at denmanvibe.com/contact. Withdrawal does not undo completed actions or applicable record-retention obligations.
